In my electrical engineering lab I was tasked with designing and breadboarding an audio equalizer. I designed a high, mid and low-pass filter as well as an op amp for overall volume control. This was a challenging project that allowed me to use my theoretical knowledge learned in class and my work as an audio technician together on a realized device.

In my structures for the stage engineering class I completed a project that involved designing a drawbridge that was attached to the front of a platform and was fully functional as a drawbridge. The door also weighed 150lbs. I preformend calculations to design a stage platform that was able to support the weight of this drawbridge unit.

In my mechanical engineering: roller coaster design class I was tasked with designing a rollercoaster track using Matlab to plot the track path and to analyze the speed, velocity and acceleration verses time.

I am the President as well as head rigger and lighting designer for a student organization at Purdue entitled Live Events and Productions (LEAP). One of the events we put on every year is an EDM show in the armory at Purdue. As head rigger, I was in charge of creating the rigging plot as well as performing structural weight calculations and getting them certified by the building engineer.
