Horse Girls was my first show working as an assistant lighting designer in a professional setting. I got the chance to learn from the designer and craft my design skills. The set was an all white box set with a full proscenium arch, which posed many challenges in terms of lighting.  Throughout the design process I was able to balance creative lighting design with practical, realistic lighting which was a very interesting juxtaposition.
